“Gothenburg, 15 years in the future. Grey autumn. Rainstorms and floods. Puns. The living dead. Survivors fighting over the crumbs of our ruined society. Saltwater, gore, blood and disgust.”

A tidal wave of undead has swept over the world. Food has run out and you must leave your hideout where you’ve been hiding from the walking dead. It’s time to fight for the crumbs against other survivors – or form fragile alliances. Paddle a kayak in a flooded Nordstan, kick the head off the zombie Glenn, and build a sanctuary in Feskekrka. Not good at finding your way in Gothenburg? Don’t worry, nothing is the same anyway.

Shoot ’em in the Head is a role-playing game that’s quick to get started with. Together with your gaming group, you explore the gore-splattered streets and steer clear of the walking dead. The game is designed to be fun for an evening with some friends and beers, but it’s equally good for longer campaigns. In the rulebook, you get everything you need to create a sandbox – with accompanying blood and disgust – for your gaming group. A series of scenarios and campaign modules will also be released for this in the future.

We’ve only just begun. Shoot ’em in the Head is a DIY project in the best punk spirit, written by Tobias Hadin/Antiprenr and published in collaboration with Vildhallon.

The basic rules consist of a beautifully illustrated and substantial 328-page book designed like a good old VHS cassette. The role-playing game is easy to get started with and contains everything you need to tell exciting and fun stories together.
