A striking new addition to the Puzzle Master Metal Series, this burrstyle metal challenge blends elegant design with a satisfyingly mechanical solve. Crafted with a matte black exterior, a gold shackle and key, and precisioncut silver colored internal pieces, it takes its familiar silhouette and disguises the inner workings that are waiting to be discovered.

Disassembly/assembly objective The goal is to free the gold key from the lock body, then return every piece to its original configuration. Both phases require careful observation and deliberate movement rather than force.
Burrstyle internal mechanism The silver interior components interlock in a compact, multistep sequence. Each shift changes the state of the puzzle, revealing new possibilities while closing off others.
Medium difficulty (8/10) Rated 8 on Puzzle Masters 610 scale, it offers a balanced challenge: approachable for intermediate solvers, yet engaging enough for seasoned puzzlers who enjoy layered mechanical interactions.
Designed by Christoph Lohe a prolific mechanical puzzle designer celebrated for inventive interlocking burr mechanisms that pack complex movements into tight frames, blending a physicists precision with collaborations that yield puzzles admired for their beauty and thoughtful challenge without excessive difficulty.
Premium metal construction The contrasting black, gold, and silver finish gives the puzzle a bold, displayworthy presence.
